The company LB, owner of this website, processes the personal data of customers, suppliers, and individuals who voluntarily communicate their personal information, according to the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency and for the protection of their privacy and rights.


By using or consulting this website, visitors and users explicitly approve this privacy notice and consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the methods and purposes described below.

Methods of Collection
Data can be collected:

Through LB's computer platforms using specific forms;
Via paper materials (brochures, other informative materials) and stored within archives/computer platforms (CRM) used by LB;
From third-party subjects/platforms to LB with whom LB has active partnerships (e.g., apps). The transfer of data from the third party to LB will occur electronically, and it will be the responsibility of the third party to inform the user about the collection/dissemination of data. Data received through this method will be stored within archives/computer platforms (CRM) owned by LB.

Purposes of Processing
The data will be processed for the following purposes:

Compliance with legal obligations, regulations, European legislation, civil and fiscal laws;
Fulfillment of any contractual and commercial obligations towards the data subject;
Execution of activities related to the economic activities of our company;
Management of the support process and service provision;
Protection of credits and management of liabilities;

Marketing Purposes:

Promotional activities (contact center, promotions, sending informational/advertising materials) by LB, by companies owned or affiliated with LB SRL (hereinafter referred to as the Group), by companies and/or commercial partners, both domestically and internationally, carried out through automated means (e.g., email, SMS, instant messaging applications, etc.) and non-automated means (e.g., regular mail, operator-assisted phone calls, etc.). In particular, LB may use the User's email address to transmit informative and promotional communications related to the services and products offered by LB, the Group, and/or commercial partners, even without the User's consent, provided the User does not oppose such use.
The processing for marketing purposes will only take place with the consent of the User, which can also be expressed implicitly, for example, by filling out an online form.

Data Provision:
Although the provision of personal data is optional, it is necessary for the provision of the service, the conclusion or modification of contracts, and the establishment or maintenance of any relationship with LB. In case of refusal to provide the requested data, it may not be possible to fulfill the requests of the Customer or the continuation of any ongoing relationships may be prevented or hindered.

Period of Data Provision:
The data collected by LB through computer tools (websites) or paper-based (brochures, other informational materials) will be stored by LB for 30 years.

Categories of Recipients of Personal Data:
The User's data may be communicated, exclusively for the purposes mentioned above, to the following categories of subjects:
internal staff of LB, as the data processor and/or data controller;
companies belonging to the Group;
LB's suppliers and suppliers of companies belonging to the Group;
individuals, companies, associations, or professional firms providing assistance and consultancy services to LB to protect their rights (e.g., accountants, doctors, lawyers, tax consultants, auditors, consultants in auditing or due diligence operations, etc.);
individuals, companies, or agencies providing marketing and analysis services or consultancy activities to LB;
individuals authorized by law or secondary legislation or by provisions issued by authorities authorized by law to access your data;
LB's business partners.

Transfer of personal data outside the European Union:
Personal data may be transferred abroad to third-party companies, whether or not they belong to the European Union, always for the purposes mentioned above. In the case of data transfers to countries outside the European Union, these countries will ensure an adequate level of protection based on a specific decision of the European Commission or, alternatively, the recipient will be contractually obliged to data protection with a level of protection adequate and comparable to the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

Processing Methods:
Data will be processed using manual, electronic, computer, and telematic tools strictly related to the purposes mentioned above. They will be stored on both computer and paper supports, as well as any other suitable support, in compliance with the minimum security measures under the Technical Regulation on the matter. Personal data provided voluntarily, if useful or necessary for accessing services or performing our functions, will be kept until the user requests deletion through the appropriate update or deletion request link included at the end of this notice.

Data Generated from the Use of the Website:
The computer systems and software procedures involved in the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data (so-called log files) whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are pieces of information not collected to be associated with identified individuals but, by their nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to check its proper functioning. The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical crimes against the site or third parties and may be exhibited to the Judicial Authority, if explicitly requested. Computer systems may, upon the request for the use of particular functions of the site, generate a file called a "cookie" that is automatically downloaded and stored in a folder on the visitor's computer. In relation to the purposes mentioned above, your personal data will be communicated, if necessary, to all individuals and/or legal entities, public and/or private, when communication is necessary or functional to the performance of our activity and in the ways and for the purposes listed above.
This site may share some of the collected data with services located outside the European Union area. In particular, with Google and Facebook through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized based on specific decisions of the European Union and the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, in particular decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield – here is the informative page of the Italian Guarantor), for which no further consent is required. The aforementioned companies guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

Rights of the Data Subject:
In accordance with the European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and national legislation, the User can, in the manner and within the limits provided by current legislation, exercise the following rights:

to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form;

has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection,
